Our veterinary team in Deming welcomes you and your pet!

We always welcome new clients and patients to our full service veterinary practice in Deming. We know you will be very happy with our services.

Early detection of disease is key. Once a problem is identified, we can make appropriate treatment recommendations at a point when treatment will make the most difference. In other words, help your pet live a longer and fuller life!

In order to make this happen, AT LEAST once a year, EVERY year, your pet needs a physical exam. Dr. Zoe Donaldson will check the health of your pet from head to tail, then discuss what vaccines and testing are appropriate taking into consideration your pet’s age, medical history, and lifestyle. Remember one year in the life of a dog or cat equals to seven in human years, so problems can arise quickly.

Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, jot down a few notes so we make sure to cover all of your concerns.

In some circumstances, Dr. Donaldson may need to refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or orthopedic surgery.

We look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Veterinary Service with Courtesy & Respect!

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

Pet Medical History

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Examination

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

Communication

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Follow Up Care

Our veterinary technician will come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Our Promise

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
